Kind of. All of the MeshDataEdit plugins appear on the CUstom popup in
the *Tools* section. Also, the ObjectLoader plugins are called
automatically when you try to load an object format that Modeler doesn't
understand. The Object save plugins are in the above mentioned Custom
Tools popup.
